2014 Ford Expedition King Ranch- I had the great pleasure to work with both Julian and Brandon. I live in the U.P. and was unable to drive down to see/drive/inspect the vehicle and had my wife drive over to do a test drive and inspection. Her experience with both of them was very pleasant and professional. They were able to answer questions for her and provide her guidance during the test drive and inspection that she was able to provide to me from a distance. I too was able to speak to them and find out the answers to my questions before driving 6 hours to purchase the vehicle. The transaction went smoothly, a prices was negotiated and I was extremely satisfied and was able to drive it back across the bridge. These 2 operate a very professional and up-front car dealership. On a side note, I had left some documentation in the trade-in vehicle and I asked that they please send it to me. Without hesitation, it was mailed to me priority mail. I went to Plymouth Auto Sales looking for a used car. I met with Enzo, who was amazing. He was very friendly, helpful and informative to say the least. Like I said, I went for a used car but got so much more. The cars they have here put all other used car dealers to shame. These cars are well maintained and look like showroom quality. I went here for a specific vehicle they had and left with something totally different. It was Enzo's great customer service that got me into a car that I love. I bought a 2011 Audi A4, and I swear its mint condition. They only buy the best it seems. They also put new tires and brakes all the way around. What used dealer does that? Again it was a great experience and I love my new car. I say new because it doesnt look like any used car I ever purchased before. I will be back when this one is paid for and its time for another.

JARED THEISEN - 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE

Just got back from a long trip across state to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee that I came across late last night.

I am beyond pleased with how everything went. Enzo made sure we got things started that way I could pretty much sign after the test drive and then hit the road. I decided to get over there as soon as possibly after looking for nearly 3 weeks, and I did so in an ice storm. Julian and Enzo, BOTH, stayed nearly an hour after close waiting for me to get there after the awful drive from Grand Rapids (took 3 hours). Julian went through everything for me and made sure I was taken care of. Would highly recommend these two, thank you!
